H05V2V2-F provides a heat-resistant flexible supply cable for indoor lighting and appliance connections. The round construction uses class 5 bare copper conductors with TI3 PVC insulation and a TM3 PVC outer sheath. It is rated 300/500V and allows a maximum normal conductor temperature of 90°C. The accompanying table includes the flat H05V2V2H2-F construction as a separate option.
CEI 20-20/12, CEI 20-35 (EN60332-1) / CEI 20-37 (EN50267), CENELEC HD 21.12 S1 /EN50265-2-1

Fine-stranded copper for routing at appliance and lighting connections.
Heat-resistant PVC insulation and sheath for the stated conductor-temperature limit.
Multiple core-count and conductor-area combinations with individual dimensions.
Assess the temperature at the cable route, including heat from the appliance and current in the conductors. Maintain separation from heating elements and radiant heat, and keep strain relief outside sharp bends. The images illustrate a flat member of the range; use the round H05V2V2-F rows when specifying the product described here.
Where is H05V2V2-F typically specified?
Indoor lighting and household appliance connections that require the stated heat-resistant PVC construction.
Is H05V2V2-F round or flat?
H05V2V2-F is round. The H05V2V2H2-F alternative shown in the images and table has a flat profile.
What determines the required number of cores?
The appliance circuit and protective-conductor arrangement determine the core count; match them to the equipment specification.
Does the heat rating make this a fire-resistant circuit cable?
A conductor-temperature rating does not establish circuit integrity during a fire. Such duty requires a separately specified and tested cable.
What should be checked near a luminaire?
Check the local temperature, separation from hot parts, available bend space, strain relief and terminal compatibility.
